The suspension of Ogunja was announced by the Ondo State Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, Hon. Sara Yusuf-Ogunleye, on Tuesday.
Yusuf-Ogunleye stated that the decision was part of the bid to reposition the club.
“We won’t allow cartels and cabals to survive and I am determined to move the ministry forward,” she stated.
“I therefore call for the understanding and cooperation of all stakeholders for effective performance.”
