In Udine, Nigerians led by Victor Osimhen, Isaac Success, and Maduka Okoye took the spotlight as Udinese and Napoli settled for a 1-1 draw.

Osimhen’s towering header gave Serie A leaders Napoli the lead, but he refrained from celebrating against friend and compatriot, Okoye, in Udinese’s goal.

However, fellow Nigerian Success emerged from the bench to rescue Udinese with a last-minute equalizer, denying Napoli victory.

The match showcased Nigerian talent, with Osimhen leading Napoli’s attack and Success making an impact for Udinese.

Okoye impressed with crucial saves, ensuring the game ended level between the Super Eagles stars.

Osimhen’s goal, his 15th of the season, demonstrated his prowess but wasn’t enough for Napoli to secure the win.

Despite disappointment for Napoli, Okoye’s performance stood out, proving his ability to compete at the highest level alongside Osimhen and Success.

The draw leaves Napoli in eighth place, now five points adrift of the final European qualification spot held by Lazio.
