Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has insisted he will not resign from the position.

Ten Hag stated this during his Friday’s press conference ahead of their trip to Crystal Palace.

United go into the game sitting in sixth place with four fixtures left.

The Red Devils will not play in the Champions League next season and are fighting to finish in Europa League places.

The poor season under Ten Hag has led to speculations that he could leave the club this summer.

But the Dutchman told ViaPlay NL: I assume that I will be Manchester United manager next year.

I signed a long term deal consciously and I am not a person who walks away.”
