Ipswich has been promoted to the Premier League following a 2-0 win over Huddersfield on Saturday.

Given Kieran McKenna’s team already had a three-point lead over third-placed Leeds going into the final fixture of the season and needed a draw to secure promotion.

Goals Wes Burns and Omari Hutchinson were enough for them on the day.

The Tractor Boys have now completed historic back-to-back promotions.

Last season, they won automatic promotion from Sky Bet League One as runners-up to Plymouth.

Ipswich will play in the English top flight for the first time since the 2001/02 season.
