The victory of Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, in the All Progressive Congress (APC) primary election has been described as one that showed the trust and confidence the people of Ondo State have in his leadership.
Speaking in Akure, Akoko-born APC stalwart, Tunde Giwa-Daramola, also known as Commander, congratulated the governor noting that the victory is an indication of the love Ondo people have for him.
“The success of Governor Aiyedatiwa in the primary resonates with the trust and confidence vested in his leadership capabilities, underscoring his potential to propel our dear state to greater heights.”
Commander also thanked the party leadership for overseeing a transparent and successful primary election process noting that their unwavering commitment to upholding democratic principles significantly contributed to the credibility and success of the party primary.
He urged Governor Aiyedatiwa’s numerous supporters and well-wishers to maintain their steadfast dedication and unwavering support while recognising their pivotal role in securing this victory and emphasising Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership and vision for Ondo State as instrumental factors in this triumph.
He charged the supporters to continue to rally behind the governor as they collectively strive towards victory in the upcoming November elections. “Together, we aim to unite efforts and work tirelessly towards building a brighter future for Ondo State,” Giwa-Daramola stressed.
