Enugu Dep. governor commends Novel Coal City Cup competition
Enugu State Deputy Governor, Ifeanyi Ossai, has commended the Coal City International Football Competition scheduled for Enugu State in August.
Ossai made the commendation while receiving Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Hon. Ike Lloyd Ekweremadu Jr., who led a delegation from Ski-Hi Entertainment on a courtesy visit to my office on Thursday.
“We discussed the novel Coal City International Cup, which is a pre-season football tournament coming to Enugu this August. It will feature Rangers International FC and other local and international sides including Remo Stars, Enyimba FC, Gor Mahia of Kenya and Esporte Clube Vitoria of Brazil.
“Our administration is keen on fostering youth empowerment, promoting sports development, and exploring avenues for collaboration to harness the talents and creativity of our young people. I appreciate the visit while wishing our dear Enugu Rangers a good outing at the forthcoming tournament,” Ossai said.
